Just a reminder that we are no longer proving
support for Power*Suite 4.01 or below. If you have 4.01 or
below you must
upgrade to get full support. Remember that any version
3.3 or below is not XP compatible. If you are experiencing
difficulties with your HASP key it may be one of 4 items:
- You have installed
Windows XP SP2 and need to install the fix.

- You are running on a new
Toshiba laptop.
Contact Trivision for procedures.
- Old parallel port key
(usually 4 years or older) and most likely is not working
anymore. You will need to get a new key. Recommended you
get a USB key for $99, as most new laptops do not have a
parallel port.
- You have installed on a
new computer and need to switch the license to HASP.
