We will contact each user every quarter to ensure they are comfortable with the program, and if a problem arises, we'll make it priority number one to fix it. We update our website weekly with any new fixes for any problems found.

  • Corporate Support - For our corporate customers, we offer all this and more. We will strive to ensure you are 110% satisfied, 100% of the time. We will come to your office, call or email you every other week with new tips, updates or to arrange training. We offer full training to office and well site staff. We are flexible to arrange full training at your convenience.

  • More Training - If you have been a user 5 years or 5 days, you still may have troubles with certain aspects of the Power*Suite software. Let us know and we can offer you additional training.

  • User Manual - The User Manual section is an online version of the user manual supplied with your software.  It allows you to find the information you need quickly if you don't have access to your manual.

  • FAQ - The Frequently Asked Question page allows you to see common questions that we encounter and their solutions.  This section will always be expanding to answer a greater scope of questions from our users.

  • Tips - In the Tips and Hints section, you will find advice and shortcuts to using our sof1tware to its maximum capabilities.

  • System Requirements - These are requirements needed to run the newest version, 9.0

  • Please note if you are running Power*Suite V3.3 or below and upgrade to a Windows XP computer, you will have to upgrade. If you are running V3.3, V4.01 is a free upgrade and will run on XP. For upgrade prices click here.

  • No Longer Support - Trivision will no longer provide support for Windows 98 or below or Version 4.01 or lower.

Remember that we also offer phone support for all of our users to answer your questions quickly and professionally.  Support is offered free for rental and free-trial users as well as for the first 10 days after a purchase with all of our software packages. 

Beyond that, you may purchase support packages or individual calls depending on your needs. Free support via internet.
